When: Sunday 14th January
Where: Elizabeth Woodville School (North), Stratford Road, Roade, Northampton, NN7 2LP.
Time: 10:45am for an 11:00am start. Sessions run for 2 hours.
If the weather is dry outside on astro, otherwise indoors. Trainers jogging bottoms and a drink required. Astro turf shoes if you have in case we go outdoors. Jacket, hoody in case we are outside.
